My name is Brad Noonan, the founder of The Bevel Company and Head Sharpener. As a former Music and Wedding Photographer, and Chef, I’ve always valued precision, creativity, and attention to detail.

My journey into sharpening began with honing my own chef knives—a skill that I am continuing to perfect. At 16, my hair stylist suggested I explore shear sharpening, and that idea stuck with me ever since.
